Hi,
I am about to receive a payment for an FSAVC which was missold to me in 1999. The compensation payment is going straight into my employers pension scheme directly from the advisor who arranged the FSAVC.
Am I eligible for Tax relief on the pension contribution?

No, you received tax relief on the amount you contributed and any addtional amount in compensation is a bonus to get you to the point you should have been at in the employer's scheme.0

You didn't pay any tax on it so there is no tax relief.
