If you are luckyMAC might make you a small sample of a product up at counter.
The others if you buy they can give samples, but these are usually around 2-5mls so no way will they last a holiday.
Chanel are not bad, YSL not so good as it is whatever the company sends to the counters.

There are Benefit samples with July's issue of Glamour. It's out 31st May. You can choose from Bad Gal mascara, Porefessional or That Gal.

Why not just take half full bottles in your wash bag and bung them in your suitcase?

unfortunately under american regulations you can't do this there must be containers appropiate size for the amount of liquid you intend to take ie pretty much the same size and must fit into a litre bag a you can only take a maxuim of 3oz in 100ml bottles. as I don't want to fork out more money for travel containers and sometimes they can be funny about unbranded bottles I'm looking for free samples.:kisses3: Married 29th September 2012

Also there's the little bag of Benefit travel size skin products for a tenner - Total Moisture, Moisture Prep, Facial Emulsion, Foamingly Clean Facial Wash, Refined Finish Facial Polish, and It's Potent eye cream
I know they're not free samples but at least you don't feel you have to buy anything else to get samples...if you see what I mean
I say travel sized, but the Moisture Prep lasted me at least a month, using it every day, and there's still a little It's Potent left
