Does this mean I have no chance of getting my money? Have we all simply been robbed?!

Wanted to start a new thread so this, perhaps very important information, does not get lost in the long running turnintocash thread.

I believe MSE have had communications with this company in the past.

I too was duped not only by TURNINTOCASH.COM but MSE too - as it was their recommendation in January that I sent my CDs off to TIC. Numerous frustrated emails etc since, I have today learnt, via an email from them, that they have gone into administration. MSE advised in March that they were 'snowed under', absolutely no mention of any financial problems and that basically the whole set up was fraud. So disappointed in MSE - any advice on possibility of getting stolen CD's back?

I have also been robbed by TurnIntoCash and i'm pretty damn angry about it. It was a big move for me to part with my beloved CD's and join the digital age. I have no idea on how to recover my CD's or money, and as far as I can see it I'm now a victim of a crime and don't know how to report it.

I recently received a creditors report from UHY Hacker & Young. However it is not clear whether I have to pay for the service, and if so how much it would cost. Why I should have to pay for someone elses criminal activity confuses me. Has anyone had any luck with recovering their CDs or money?
