    we spoke to RBS, who we currently bank with. however we also had a chat with a friend who is a mortgage broker and he also said that it is doable. :)

    also, we are currently saving about £500 a month, check out the money saving/ budgeting pages, its amazing how much you can save if you are focused. Good Luck!! :)
