Removal of Stakeholder charge cap by L and G on July 31st

Hi all,
I know there was some discussion on the Removal of Stakeholder charge cap by Legal and General on July 31st this year when it was announced last year.
I am affected by this, but I haven't taken any action yet, and there just over 2 months to go.
I was wondering if anyone has had this checked out by IFAs and/or then taken any positive steps to move/cash in, or whether people are just leaving there pensions where they are with L and G.
I am still a little scared by the phrase in the letter that says "This may reduce your plan's value and over time it could reduce the value to zero".
Thanks.

Personally, I have avoided L&G. So, therefore avoided this issue. Every L&G pension I have come across has been easily justified transferring it out. I guess that gives you my opinion.I am still a little scared by the phrase in the letter that says "This may reduce your plan's value and over time it could reduce the value to zero".
Which is actually not technically possible but is an automatic warning.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
