Can someone help please.

Couple of weeks ago I received a letter from MH chasing for an old debt, I sent them a letter offering payment of £25 a month. they have sent me another letter (standard one by the look of it) with a income and expenditure form, do I have to complete the I&E form or should I just start paying them the £25 I offered to pay.

Thanks

It is totally up to you. You do not have to fill it in.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p
