CCCS- Your experiences please.

I am planning to call the CCCS shortly for some advice. Can I expect this with no obligation to enter into any kind of agreement/plan with them?

I'm really after some good sound advice at the moment, nothing more.

If anyone is willing to share their experience of the CCCS that would be great.

I have been with them for 3 years now, no problem very helpful and most of all FREE!!!!

Yes, it's wonderful. Completely free and no obligation to do anything and you can also cancel at any time if circumstances change. The new service of online management of my DMP is also great, as it means I don't have to ring when I want to change any details of the debts.

I've just joined them. They have changed my life. It's great that so much can be done online. Also when I get in a flap I have rang them and they have calmed me down. I highly recommend them.

Update - called CCCS and they were really helpful. Feel much more positive now, thanks everyone for your help.
