hI , I HAVE MOVED OUT MY PROPERTY, AND WAS WANDERING WHAT DO DO, AS I HAVE BEEN GIVEN CONFLICTING REPORTS ABOUT VOLUNTARY REPO OR LET THE BANK DO IT.
wE ARE DISCHARGED BANKRUPTS BUT APPARENTLY CANT GO BANKRUPT AGAIN, WE HAVE 2 SECURED LOANS ON PROPERTY, AND I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP.
I HAVE THE FORMS FOR VOLUNTARY SURRENDER TO SIGN , DO I SIGN OR NOT ? HELP:cool::cool: SILLY MEG.

The most important question here is was the mortgage and loans taken out before your original Bankruptcy? I presume the would be. If so then if you have a shortfall it should be included in your bankruptcy. However voluntary serender forms usually have a clause in them where you acknowledge the debt basically making you responsible for it again post bankruptcy, if you sign this then they you can be made to pay the shortfall.0

Adding to this, safest option is let the bank take through the courts, whats the rush?0
