Seems you have a lot of ISSUES. Mainly to do with employers, not legislation.
Hope it all works out well for you.0 -
I am an IT Consultant and have recently set up my own limited company would you advise me of the contact details for your accountant or point me in the direction of any other professional accountant? Any advice on Professional Indemnity insurance would help as well please
Many thanks in advance.0 -

Join the PCG (http://www.pcg.org.uk) it is a no brainer for the provided insurance, and then pick one of their approved/qualified accountants which are very much familiar with IT Consultants....
I am happy with mine, http://www.bkl.co.uk who are PCG approved accountants, perhaps not the cheapest but definitely pro-active....0
