santander mortgage exit fees

:mad:wrote too santander at the stockton on tees address too claim back my mortgage exit fees ... and i havent heard a squeek ? should i ring them , write too them again or wait a little longer ?
NSD = 3/31 spent = £97.88/31 groceries = £26/31 fuel =2/31

no worries ... just rung them .... letter sent on the 20/3/12... customer services said that my claim would be looked at ..at the stockton on tees office then forwarded too another dept too investigate , and that i would get a letter either way regarding paymentNSD = 3/31 spent = £97.88/31 groceries = £26/31 fuel =2/31
