i do most of my shopping on a tuesday but throughout the week i do other bits and pieces so i just keep receipts by comp and do my shopping basket on a sunday every week, it means i have to go and hunt out everything i need because you need barcodes and things but that doesnt take 2 mins to put away again afterwards...

I had an email invite yesterday (after I emailed them about a month ago), signed up and filled in all my shopping for last week (all from Boots, hmmm!) and I now have £14.50 in rewards to claim! Can't believe how many points they give you - bit better than Pigsback I think!

I've been with Ciao for about 3 months now and every survey they send me they say I'm not the right kind of person to do them - it's rubbish. How do you get an invite to consumer pulse?
