Health/ Fitness Assessments

Hello everybody,

I was wondering if we could start a discussion on whether anyone has had a health or fitness assessment, whether at a gym, or from a medical company such as Bupa, and what things it covered, and the cost?
I have been looking into getting something like this and have looked at a couple - the costs are £150-200 or more, depending on what you want checked.

Ideally I would like a cardio fitness check,
body composition,
blood glucose,
cholestorol.

Anyone had any experience of this?
