Ive never won either. I am not going to make myself ill by staying up through the night - esp when you think of the amount of entrants! If you can enter a few times each what are the odds!?

I used to buy items from the US frequently. A lot of the time they got marked as gifts and I didn't have to pay customs. Few times I had to pay customs. This is a competition, the prize is a gift. I would be a bit surprised if you had to pay anything.

(NB. Tax, customs charges etc. may be around £120 for an iPad from USA, but we may be lucky and they could possibly source one in the UK)

I have left a message on their Facebook page in relation to the above. As soon as I get a response, I will update here. I'm sure they have a European distribution arm.

I recently won a dress from the us and had to pay over 30 quids customs charges, I have learnt my lesson and wont be entering anymore american comps!

Yes, I once won a prize from America and I got a bill from customs for £30. The prize wasn't worth it so I didn't pay!

No never! Sometimes comps are too good to be true and I often think sometimes I am wasting my time entering them?
