It'd be better if you just replied and updated your thread title to say solved.

I placed an order with them and haven't even had anything back. need to phone them up I guess to chase it up.

I would not give up hope - they are clearly dealing with a backlog since I placed my order on the 29th & part of the order was only just delivered today

They have also run out of 2nd class rolls as they are sending me sheets instead ( dont mind as you dont have to lick them unlike with rolls )

As soon as I phoned them they just agreed to send out the missing stamps

Pretty sure they sent out the wrong amount because it was over the 'maximum' you were supposedly allowed to order which was 1 roll (I ordered 3 rolls)

i was initially worred they would refuse to deliver the extra rolls but it turned out to be a non issue

I can't even get through to them on the phone currently! Just hangs me up with Sorry this service is unavailable currently.

Their email says 21 days response time

Trying to locate my missing stamps, but if they are really slow about it (I ordered books, couldn't order anything else) then I might give them a few more days and try again.
