Natwest - Driving me crazy!
I've applied for a natwest loan. Filled paperwork in, took it to the branch with all of the cards and loans im paying off. They copied it all, then sent it all of for me.
Loan wasn't approved, but they said it was as 1 of the cards had a payment mark on it. So they said to apply for the same loan, minus the amount with the bad mark. I was assured i didn't need to send any statements from credit cards again. And that it would be fast tracked, as it had already had checks.
Paperwork for new loan sent off, heard nothing for a week, so called up, told they hadn't received ALL pages, i 100% sent all of them, i even took it to a branch who faxed a copy (will speed up process) and they said it was all there.
So, they sent another copy out. Signed and returned beginning of the week. Just got a call to say i didn't include the statements!!! ARGH!!!
I explained they will already have them on file. She went away for 10 minutes and couldn't find them. She then told me, that she only need proof of 3 of the 6 things im paying off.
I enquired why this was, she said as they can see payments coming from the account. I just laughed. Surly if she can see payment from the account, she can look at my personal account and see the others! She told me she'd email the team to let them know.
I can't believe how bad the service and communication has been from natwest, from not calling me, to not knowing their job!
