CS Pension Reform Query

The CS pension scheme will change in 2015 to career average (http://www.civilservice.gov.uk/pensions/reform/key-elements)

What happens to the benefits built up in the existing schemes in particular classic and classic plus when the new scheme cuts in and you are 46 1/2 yrs old or younger? Is it frozen or does it increase with cpi? And what happens to the pension you would have drawn between 60 and the new retirement age of 65/66/67/68 or whatever it is in 17 or so years time? You can't draw it if you're still working so does it accumulate in a suspense account or is it lost?

cheers
