I can understand giving the World Naked Bike Ride a miss (!) but have you thought about a bikeas day-to-day transport?

Not only is it very cheap exercise, compared to gym memberships, classes and so on, but I save £5.40 a day by cycling to work, and it's normally faster than buses, which have to keep stopping to pick people up.

Plus you never wait ages for a bike only to find three come along at once!
