Terms and Conditions

1.There is one prize to be won which consists of £1,000 worth of Marks and Spencer food vouchers.

2.The prize is as stated. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternatives will be offered, nor is the prize transferable. Any tax liability arising from the award of the prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.

3.The winner will be drawn at random on 28th May 2012. Winners will be notified by telephone or follow-up email or letter within 7 days of the draw.

4.The winners must reply to the prize administrator within 7 days of the initial prize notification. If nothing is heard from the winner within that period, a follow up contact will be made by the prize administrator on or after the 8th day. If any winner has not contacted the prize administrator within this time and the prize administrator has been unable to contact any winner on or after the 8th day, then the prize will be withdrawn and another winner selected at random. This process will be continued until a winner is selected and accepts the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. If no entrant has claimed the prize by 12pm on 11th June 2012 the prize may, at the Promoters discretion, be withdrawn completely.

5.Prize draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over and excludes employees (and their families) of Office Depot International UK Limited in the UK (which also excludes employees of Office Depot UK Ltd and its parent and subsidiary companies from participating).

6.The winners may be required to participate in reasonable non-paid publicity arising from the promotion, and the winners' names and counties may be publicised.

7.Prize draw closing date is 25th May 2012.

8.The winners' names and counties can be obtained from UK Marketing Department, Office Depot, 501 Beaumont Leys Lane, Leicester, LE4 2BN on receipt of a SAE after the closing date.

9.Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry. Please retain a copy for future reference.
