Please can I get some recommendations for a dressmaker/designer in these areas?

I am wanting a dress made to my own design for the end of June.

Also any ideas on what would average prices/timescales for getting a dress made - it's an evening-y type but not a big dress, in lace with an underdress.

Also any recommendations for where in these areas to get material - hoping for dark green/blue lace. Also going to post this on the wedding forum as i'm hoping for some names,

Not used her myself, but she is very highly recommended on here. I did consider her and emailed my requirements. She seemed lovely and said she could do what I want in my budget. But I ended up finding a dress myself (by accident!)

Yeah Linda used to post on here a lot, but I think she got a bit busy! She was very helpful when everyone was asking about petticoats etc. I have heard lots of good things, if you want to talk to someone who used her try PMing Ellay864 http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/member.php?u=1037761, she had her dress made by her.

Thanks - it's a bit far for me though.
Was hoping for a recommendation for someone who just does dresses - not necessarily wedding dresses, it's just a special party dress i'm after - can;t think where else i can get a recommendation that won't take for ever or cost the earth.
