Credit Agreement question
Options
I defaulted on a loan way back, a decree was granted against me. I have been paying the loan back, have now cleared the original loan balance and now paying back interest and charges. The loan was originally from Black Horse but Nolans Solicitors dealing with it on their behalf. Anyway, twice now I have requested a copy of the credit agreement, not to dispute liability but I wanted to know if PPI had been added to the loan, here is the response I have had back both times: I don't want to dispute liability just want to see a breakdown of the loan. Can they refuse to give me a copy of the agreement because a Decree was granted???
further to your email to this office of 4 May 2012, we write to advise that, as previously advised, as a Decree was granted in this matter on 22 March 2004 our clients will not be providing a copy agreement. Should you wish to dispute you liability in this matter at this stage we would advise you to seek legal advice

what does 'unless there is an-interest-after judgement clause' mean?0

Look on your statements, the PPI would have been listed seperately and been coming out of your bank seperatelymake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
8% interest per annum charged after decree granted. Does this mean I am entitled to receive details of original agreement?0
