Sounds really simple - but have seen it work.
Find a friend or neighbour with a child of the same age and share childcare whilst the other is working..
I had a client that did this with the next door neghbour and they did alternate 2 - 3 half days a week and it did not impact on any benefits etc...I am a Mortgage Broker
