Looking for good Mortgage Deal

My wife, little girl and I are in the process of negaotation with Bellway on 4 bedroom Belsay 2 property.
We know the property is £180k and we want to try and keep the payments on mortgage as low as possibly.
We can get a 10% deposit with ease and possibly a 15% deposit.
Ideally we want to fix rate the mortgage and wondered if anybody has any idea what the best fixed rate would be for us on 10% deposit and 15%
Should we fix for 2 or 5 is the other questions.
Would love some suggestion s on 2 year fixed and 5 year fixed. with low monthly payment as possible.
Any help would be appreciated

Probably best to look on a mortgage comparison site. My particular favourite is Tesco's one. I also like the independent one provided by the
'money advice service'.0
