    Whilst you dont think so, that is the common reason given for the restrictions.

    And given the number of Can I cash in My pension threads, that is Exactly what others want to do- p*ss it away and then claim benefits ;-)

    Just because you doint want to, doesn't mean other will, hence the protections.

    Just for the record ...... we have no intention of claiming benefits. Just intend to use what we have, cut our cloth accordingly and enjoy life as much as we can within reason.
