Gok Wan or Spanx?

Looking for some "hold me in" underwear. Can't decide which make to buy. Maybe there are others that are just as good, if not better.

So any advice/recommendations would be appreciated.

I've got some spanx and they're great. I bought and binned the trinny & susannah ones and the M&S own brand ones as when you bought them up to under your bra to give you a waist, they just rolled down which drove me nuts. I bought the spanx ones and they stay put, they don't move. I would absolutely go to Debenhams and try on a pair and walk around the changing room, stretch, dance, bend over, remove them to pretend to go the toilet, etc, all the things you're going to do in real life in them. Only then would I part with my hard earned :-)

Whats the sizing like?

Try Primark's they do a good "hold you in" knickers for just £5 or so. Nice and high waisted, don't roll down.

Matalan also do a good range - the high waisted ones dont roll down (but from my experience the M&S ones do!)
