Sometimes you IFA bashers out there (and no I am not one nor do I know one personally) sure don't seem to be able to get your facts straight. It is like the blind leading the blind:rotfl:[/QUOTE]
Agreed. IFAs have to study and pass exams on a regular basis to be able to offer advice on financial issues. Commission or fee is how he earns his living...no one else works for nothing.
A good one is worth his weight in gold and will get you the best deal as he is working for YOU.0 -
Not an IFA fan but ultimately shouldnt everyone just be pragmatic. If the IFA wanted a large sum for the work then it would be questionable, if you can get help for no cost to yourself then best to take it. I would personally check all available information myself for piece of mind, to check the IFA advice was beneficial but it should be.0
