Endowment Policy about to Mature

My 30 year endowment policy is due to mature next month. I took it out with Commercial Union - now Norwich Union. What's the procedure?
Will N.U. contact me or do I need to contact them?
Will I need to send the Policy Document to them?
Does anyone know what Terminal Bonus percenatage I can expect to receive or will this be effected by the current stockmarket upheaval.
Any comments would be very much appreciated.
