hi.as u can see from above all nw staff rps 60 ,the choice to swop to rps 65 is a non starter but what is a concern is pensionable pay is being reduced by £8000 eg 30000 down to 22000,so the calculation for pension contributions is 22000,less being paid in by both parties. nb ,rps60 you can retire at 60 and rps 65 -65 any views thanks
