Tesco Mince

Just been shopping and one of the things I usuall buy is the 450g mince usually on offer for 2 for £6, well I just noticed that is now 2 for £7 and the individual pack price is now £3.89, up from £3.30 in the space of a week.:mad:

I would love to go to the butchers for mince but I have no idea how much cheaper it will be. I know the quality will be better. Anyone know?

I may take a look in there next week when in town.

At least I got old el passo wraps for half price.

Not sure, you could go and have a look at their price per kilo. I usually buy my mince at the tesco/sainsburys butcher counter or buy it frozen from donald russel. Its a mail order butcher, the meat comes frozen with dry ice packs. Per item a bit expencive but they do assorted packs which work out not bad and the quality is sooo good, you tend to use less meat in general.
