2nd time buyer & mortgage LTV

Bought our first property last year for £113k with an 85% LTV mortgage. Due to unforseen reasons we want to move start of next year.

Will we be likely to get a similar LTV? I've heard that mortgage companies offer a lower LTV for 2nd time buyers.

No major change in our financial circumstances, all going to plan andwith a bit of luck we'll have a higher combined income then as well.

I would be very surprised if 85% was considered to high even for a post ftb

85% LTV shouldnt be an issue providing affordability and credit score wise you meet their criteria.

Ok, that's reassuring. I had read spomewhere it'd be around 80% at best. Can't believe everything on the internet after all...
