Please help is this a scam?

I got an email from prize.redeemfreegifts asking to choose a gift so I choose Asda the email title actually said won subway for 1 week. When I clciked to claim the asda card it asked me to subscribe to at least two things. Is this a scam and if it is who can I EMAIL to tell them they are disgusting and it is false advertising?

I wouldn't personally touch it. A quick google would suggest they are spam generators.
