From Thursday 10th May, Lidl will be selling Visco neck pillows 50cm x 30cm made with self-moulding visco elastic memory foam with soft removable and washable cover. This is the sort that is contoured for your neck.

I have the big size of these (standard pillow size), saw these one's on the Aldi website last year and got brother to pick 2 up for the guest bedroom- forgot to check size!
My 4 year old son now enjoys them as they are small enough for him.

I haven't tried these ones but I am disabled and find memory foam, in the form of a pillow, useful for support.
