Hi can anyone help me with a query . I have full details of a payment protection taken out in 2004 and cancelled in 2009 for out of work mortgage protection , I want to see if im entitled to any refund due to a mis sell . who or where should i contact ?

I doubt it, its will only be refunded to you if found to be mis-sold. Mortgage PPI is good advice. Their policy is a monthly one, so unless you were not eligible for it or it was unsuitable your complaint will be rejected.
You havent said why it was mis-sold. So it just sounds like its a try it on complaint, so it probably will fail.0
