Cheapish DVD Combi

I have been selling my little sisters clothes for her on ebay as she wants to buy a dvd combi for her bedroom! So far she has made £50 but is a bit stuck! Does anyone know where I can get one around that price? Thank you

I saw one in Asda for just under £80 a couple of days ago. Can't remember the make, but I noticed it played everything. If not already multi region capable, I don't think it would be tough to hack.

I bought one like this from Sainsburys a few months ago and it played everything I put in it. I was really pleased until after a couple of days the remote control stopped working. I checked the batteries but still no joy. I ended up taking it back for a full refund (hadn't even had it a week!). The man at the desk said "Oh, another one." so I don't think I was the only one.

So I think it may be worthwhile saving up a little longer for a decent brand. Thats what Im going to do!

The other alternative is to buy one from an electrical shop that sells second hand electricals. My local Entertainment Exchange sells things like this and they have a 3 month guarantee.
