Breadmaker Pan

I have a breadmaker that gets used every day, but just recently I haven't been able to get the bread out and although I have tried greasing it and the blade nothing seems to work. I'm loathed to admit defeat and order a new pan, so any suggestions would be welcome.
Many Thanks

I'm afraid greasing isn't going to work - as the machine mixes all the "grease" is absorbed into the dough. Although upping the fat content of the recipe may help.
You could try leaving the bread to cool or partly cool in the pan and see if that helps. You could also use a silicone spatula between the loaf and the pan - just push it in a little way and flex it between the pan and the loaf, not side to side. No need to do it round the complete loaf usually, just once on each side seems to be enough to encourage the loaf to release. Then up end the pan and shake like mad. Do not use wooden, metal or plastic spatulas, they will make the problem worse."Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass...it's about learning how to dance in the rain." ~ Vivian Greene0 -
Thank You, I guess its a new pan then since I've tried your suggestions:mad:0

That's a shame. You may find a new breadmaker is actually cheaper than a new pan."Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass...it's about learning how to dance in the rain." ~ Vivian Greene0

Same problem, but new pan for a Panasonic is around £40!! Last couple of times I've left it for around 15 mins (but taken it out of the machine) and it has been much easier. Would you believe it's beeping at me now! Wish me luck!!:)Make £2020 in 2020 £178.81/£2020

I don't have a bread maker, and I have never actually seen inside one so bear with.. I make by hand but if it is a metal pan you could try this, it is what i would do with a loaf tin or frying pan that had started sticking - make a paste of table salt and water and rub it all around the pan, (heat the pan until the salt dries?) and then rinse and allow to air dry. Sorry if this totally the wrong advice.0
