I ordered the original pack on 25th April and received it on 4th May - also the bank holiday on Monday might delay it a little! Mine was worth the wait though

Oh and this is now showing OOS.Feb wins: Angry Birds mug, £250 Perfume Shop bundle

Thank you. I figured the Bank Holiday may have had an affect. I'm just being impatient and hoped it would have been packed by now

mine has arrived today! two things broken but there's loads in there, very pleased with it!
my room smells of bunny rabbits and sky now............Thanks to all competition posters!0 -
I checked online and mine's been dispatched yippee!
When you receive a broken item do they replace it, or is it hard luck? I seem to think I saw something on their facebook group saying you had to tell them quickly if things were broken?-Slimming World Challenge

It's hard luck - they say they put a bit extra in to cover breakages. I was really lucky as I had none!Feb wins: Angry Birds mug, £250 Perfume Shop bundle

Oooh does anyone mind sharing what they got? i'm not allowed any more candles until I make a dent in the 4 drawers of them i already have (that includes some other smelly things like incense etc)! But I'm enjoying browsing the offers and seeing what you lucky girlies got!!
Didn't know they had an ebayshop (dangerous information....)
Does anyone know, do yankee tarts fit most types of burners or do I need to get a special one...hee hee...Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -
the yankee burners have bigger "bowls" than most burners do
you dont have to use a yankee one, you can snap a tart in half
but the bigger the wax pool, the more aroma released
so i use all yankee burners
but you may be lucky and find others with big wide bowls0 -

I read it that if it was a specific part of the order, then they will replace it but if it's part of the POT LUCK bit, it's tough. What a shame...:( hopefully it was something you weren't too keen on anyway....one of those weird animal ornaments like your granny used to have....eek!Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
