Advice for dealing with Moorcroft Debt Recovery

They will eventually get tired and move on to someone else, but I guess it's just frustrating up to that point.
I switch my phone off overnight and only answer when it's convenient for me, but you may have priorities where you need to be contacted at any time of the day or night. It's rude phoning before 8am and after 10pm, but I think that just shows they'll be unscrupulous when they want to be.
Based on my opinion from my experience with them and even from what Vax has said, I truly believe they don't have a leg to stand on and are trying it on. If you can tell it's them calling is it an option to ignore the call? With me I found they had quite a low attention span and left me alone when I put barriers up for them (like not answering or saying the same thing to everything they said to me).
It's a tough time you're going through right now, and they do nothing to help. Honestly, I understand we need to pay our debts off, in full and take total responsibility but even when you're doing that these people act like you're taking food from their mouths. I know they're doing their job, but it's how they do their job that's the problem. They should be hounding people they're getting no payments at all from, not those that are making regular agreed payments. I do feel for you, as it doesn't feel that long ago I was in the same situation.0
