I have done all mine by email and set the email to respond to received and read. So it emails me back when they get it and when they read it.

the internet is a good weapon when used correctly....

PS when they sell a debt on they get like 10p for every £1 so by you paying them they make more money use that in the phone call. then tell them feel free to sell it on. I can then settle for less. happy days!

I've sent it to that email, although that subsiduary company has a seperate address to the customer service office in Chester.

I've requested that they forward it on.
