HAs begun.....
Spoke to PayPlan, and went through all debts..... Scary £13000 of unsecured debt.
our disposable income only allows £100 for creditors. will take 10.5years to clear.
I hope to pay more from the outset, but feel some creditors, who are the scummiest of the scummiest will dig their heels in.
But the belief i have is that a court would agree with PayPlan.
However only 3 of these are over £750, and i dont own my house, so nothing for any 1 of the companies, if they tried the bankruptcy route.
I already feel i can live my life again.
