Onepoll overpayments

One poll accidentally paid me twice using pay pal.I have to refund the extra payment back. Will i be charged for refunding the money back?I have contacted one-poll but i have had no response so far.

The overpayment occurred within the past 30 days.If there is fee can i just issue the refund minus the fee?How do i know what the fee is?pay-pal website wasn't very clear.

    Hi there
I was gonna ask if they pay out at all but you. Have answered my question.
I have been on $39.90 all week and not one surveys to complete so have been rather suspicious.

Could you send them a cheque?

    Hope you get it sorted.

They paid you through paypal so just click "issue a refund" on the duplicated payment

I would keep the money in the Paypal account and wait for them to ask for it back. I would make sure I am at least as slow to refund as they were to pay in the first place!
