Can anyone give suggestions for a family friendly holiday, probably Balearics or canaries........but any suggestions welcome! We went to Menorca last year and had a great time but it was only for 1 week sc and we ended eating out every night. Where we went - calan Bosch was great, but not a huge amount to do so probably wouldn't last 2 weeks there.
This year we want to go somewhere for 2 weeks, possibly AI, but because the eldest child is 5, we need to go during school holidays - July or August probably, but if we can get a good deal then we can wait till October. The youngest one is 2 so I would say no more than a 4 hour flight.
Ideally somewhere with a beach and a big pool at the hotel/apartment, plenty of activities for a 2 and a 5 yo, and if AI then kids entertainment at night?
I'm sure there are many places out there which would fit the bill but I literally don't know where to start! We only went to Minorca last year because friends were going there.
My budget is approx £2000, up to £3000 for AI
Thanks in advance

San Miguel Hotel and Beach Club in Puerto San Miguel Ibiza. Great family holiday but my kids are older than yours. Nice pools,Thomson run kids clubs but no creche, small soft play area, kids disco. Hotel is adjacent to the beach and across the small beach is an apartment block (not part of the hotel) which has a lovely pool for smaller kids with slides etc which says you can use if you ask at reception. Best holiday we've had and we go back for our 5th year this year (something I said I would never do). Would recommend the Beach Club over the hotel if your little one will be in a buggy though as lifts in hotel are not the best.0

I stayed in the fiesta tanit cala gracio in ibiza last year, AI, through first choice. 5 minutes walk to sandy beach, kids club, kids pool with toddler slides, mini disco.
You can walk to san antonio, if you want shops etc, or get a taxi boat for a couple of euros. there is a small aquarium a few minutes walk away (which my 3 year loved. Which costs about 3 euros. there are fish in the shallow water on the beach and if you take a few bread rolls, they will jump up to feed from you .
It was Ai, lots of lovely food, ice cream for kids.0
