Go to the cccs website and fill out the budget form.It should tell you whether a amp is an option for you. Or ring them they are very helpful. Good luck.x

Not really necessary, but no harm in having a chat with them. Work out what you can afford and pay them that. Provident are a high interest doorstep lender, but in fairness to them, when their customers are in financial difficulties they will accept all reasonable offers without 3rd party interference, and they don't charge any extra interest or charges for doing so.

If you go to CCCS then like as not Provident will pass the debts to CK Edrupt who may report to the CRA's, not good for your future if you can deal with Provi direct, which won't have the same long term effect.
