Hi. I got my teeth checked recently at the dentist and while they are in good shape I would like to bring clean them and remove some of the yellow stains. Where is the best place in NI to get suitable teeth whitener and what are the prices? Thanks.

i find you can order from https://www.dentist.net pretty good delivery time (~1 week) and it comes from the states. I can recommend the opalescence 15% whitener.
if i had known then what i know now

Ask your dentist about it and get it done there.

Don't muck about with the health of your teeth.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

I can't remember exactly where I read it (may have been the Guardian), but if I'm not mistaken, the reason why the American teeth-whitening products aren't sold in the UK is because the inclusion of peroxide in them is, strictly speaking, illegal in the UK.
If I remember correctly, it said you were taking a very slim chance ordering it yourself from the U.S. - very unlikely that they would ever stop it at customs.
