Just wondering what a Flexi Fixed mortgage is? Is it fixed or flexible???

Without knowing which deal you are talking about, it is probably a fixed rate with flexible features such as overpayment facility, payment holidays, borrow back etc

I've got a Coventry BS flexi fixed rate.
It just means the interest rate is fixed for a certain period (2 years in my case), but it is flexible in that I can overpay as much as I want every year (as long as I don't repay all of it I won't have to pay an early redemtion charge), or take payment holidays of up to 3 months a year.0 -
