Refund made in error

In December my former car insurance company paid £160 into my account, 3 months after my contract with them had been ended. I was told that it was due to a system error made in Feb 11.
They are now pursuing it and have given the account to a debt recovery firm. They told me that they wrote to me but I never received the letters as I had moved.
Where do I stand on paying this back as I genuinely can't afford to, being a student.
And where do i stand on the charges which the debt recovery agency have added?

You just need to repay the money, at an afordable rate. the fees well....Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
