We are trying to remortgage
Our finances are as follows
House valued at 169,000
Mort - £149000
Loan - 17000-unsecured
loan - 19000 -Secured
loan 13000 - Secured
I am currently in Rented accom due to Job relocation to Cumbria
My own property is being rented at the moment - In Hampshire
Try as we could nobody seems to be able to assist us
We have been told that our credit score could be alot better
We are both in full time employment
Are we beyond salvage
Any advice would be appreciated

Trouble is you have minus equity you will have to get rid of most of the secured loans firstI like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0
