ARGOS- can someone please help

Hi, i'm doing own dmp but having propblems with argos taking their time in lowering interest (although not significantly) and taking 3 months to stop charging late payments after requesting payment date be changed which they still have not done. Also they have not replied to my previous letters. I want to write a letter of complaint to them which I am in the process of doing but need some help. Argos or Home Retail Group do not appear to subscribe to the Lending Code but OFT said to refer them to it in case they use another name.

I know somewhere on this forum is a further debt management guide referring to the ways companies should work when dealing with people in dmp but I have forgotten what it is called and cannot find it. There is a paragraph inclued in that document which states

3.49 b. refusing toengage, appropriately or at all, with a third party representative, such as adebt adviser at a free advice centre or a debt management businesses, or with adebtor developing his own repayment plan,
CAN ANYONE HELP or give any further advice pleeese
