When is CSA calculated from?

I made claim in 2008. CSA contacted ex, ex got sacked. Assessed as a £48 p/wk income therefore payment was nil. As far as I've been aware he hasn't worked since then, therefore assessment would not change. A couple of months ago (Feb) by chance I found out he was working, questioned him about lack of maintenance, he said…

Thanks Kevin, I will do that. She has just called me back now to let me know that they have the employers details, she's sent for the wage info and they have until 11th May to respond. Efficiency!
