hmmm i placed an order & it showed a total to pay of 15p & then got an email with this??
Subtotal of items: £13.50
Order total*: £13.50
10% off Lingerie: -£1.35
4 for £5 Knickers: -£2.00
£10 off Lingerie: -£10.00
Total for this order: £10.15 You saved on this order!

what should i do??? thanks

It might be worth checking your card statement to see what you've been charged - I'd be concerned as the £10 discount does show on my email confirmation.

That must have been when they were expiring the code.

I placed something in basket, added code and had £2 to pay, but when I clicked to pay, the full price kept coming back up.

If you have been charged full price either collect them and ask for a refund straight away, or just don't bother collecting them at all, (be aware that they don't do it straight away, so you might be short of money if you do this).

You should be able to cancel the order if you do it before its dispatched.

I have a feeling the code was meant to be for 10% off and not £10 off. There is no way this wasn't a mistake.

I agree, lets just hope they honour the orders that were already placed. I'd be so gutted if they didn't but M&S do have a history of cancelling orders when they've made mistakes unfortunately.
