Council Tax Bill 12 Years old

Well they do take the list to court with them and anyone can challenge it by demanding to go in front of a magistrate (a real magistrate). But you are right they don't even sign them....and they employ the person in the court to rubber stamp the list. It's just a list...a spreadsheet of names and numbers...that's true. I have never seen an actual physical liability order. Unless anyone would like to post a copy of one to prove me wrong. They Dont go to court, they sign them themselves with fake signatures.
When challenged to a personal hearing in the only know case , they had a council worker pretend to be a magistrate who ran away when asked to confirm they were indeed a magistrate sitting on oath.:footie:

The "Court" they summons people to is nothing other than a "room" hired by the council within the court building, it is not a court just a hired room , complete with council employees sitting behind the bench.
The Liability orders are signed by council employees and might as well be conflake boxes, they have never seen a magistrate and nobody has ever seen a real order.
Bailiffs scarper like the wind when the order is demanded and pointed out to be fake.
Anyone summonsed to court should enter the room and shout any person here sitting under the oath of magistrate please identify yourself on oath to this court, that is your lawful right to do so.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
