Credit File - Unknown Lenders

Hi all

I have an issue with one of the credit agencies regarding five accounts registered against my name where the lenders details are "unknown". Upon contacting the credit agency this refers to, they were so unhelpful and as I did not hold an account with them failed to provide any source of information to me. One of the accounts shown is listed at an address I have never lived at and the surname is different. When advising this to them they did not seem at all phased by it.

Can I get these "unknown" reports cleared?

They should not be reporting incorrect info. Let me have a see if I can find something to state something otherwise I'm sure some help will come alone soon

who did you check your file with?

and which agency had the wrong info? experian? equifax? or callcredit?

I checked with Check my file and then Equifax, its only Equifax that these five "unknown" lender accounts are listed with
